PreSonus Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our professional audio equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our store. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and software licenses deactivated to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate a Return Request

    Log into your PreSonus account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Gear

    Safely place the hardware in its original box with all cables, manuals, and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our designated returns facility; we recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the electronics.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware and the status of software transfers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
